Beyond Measure Vietnam uses Shopify to operate this storefront and process orders. Shopify may collect and process customer data needed for browsing, checkout, payment, fraud prevention, fulfillment, analytics, and customer account features.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we may receive your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order details, payment method status, and messages or media you send for support, returns, warranty, or complaints.

How information is used

Information is used to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, handle returns and warranty requests, prevent misuse, improve the storefront, and comply with legal obligations.

Support channels

Support is handled through Instagram and Reclub. When you contact us through those services, their own privacy terms also apply.

Automated emails

Order and delivery notifications are sent through Shopify from an automated mailbox. Replies are not monitored; use Instagram or Reclub for support.
